From the grower
White Truffle is one of those cultivars that rewards patience. Moderate feed, consistent VPD, and a slow cure - nothing forced. The limonene comes through strongest - citrus, uplift - and that's what drives the nose. Every batch is small, trimmed by hand, and shipped the week it's ready.
