Gibby's Garden LLC ("Gibby's", "we", "us") operates gibbysgarden.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively give us, plus standard server logs.

• Wholesale applications. Business name, contact name, email, phone, CCC license number, city/state, website, volume estimate, and any notes you provide on /wholesale/apply.
• General contact. If you email any address on our contact page, we receive your email address, name (if provided), and the contents of your message.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and the page you subscribed from.
• Server logs. IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, and page requested — standard web server access logs, retained up to 30 days for security and debugging.

We do not currently use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social pixels on this site.

How we use it

• Wholesale inquiries: We contact you about your application, verify your CCC license, and send samples/quotes if appropriate. We do not share wholesale applicant data with any third party.
• Email inquiries: We respond to your message.
• Newsletter: We send periodic updates — new drops, press features, occasional long-form writing. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
• Legal compliance: If required by Massachusetts law or the Cannabis Control Commission, we may be obligated to provide records.

Who we share with

We share personal information only with:

• Google Workspace for email hosting (the addresses on our contact page).
• Cloudflare for DNS and edge caching.
• Kief Studio, our managed services provider, for site operations and security.
• Massachusetts CCC or law enforcement if compelled by lawful request.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with anyone, ever.

Cookies

This site uses one cookie: a session cookie for the wholesale application form's anti-bot protection. It expires when you close your browser. We do not use advertising, analytics, or social-media tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Know what personal information we have about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements for regulated businesses).
• Opt out of any marketing communications — one-click unsubscribe, or email us.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond to all requests within 14 days.

Retention

• Wholesale applications: retained as long as you are an active partner, plus seven years per MA record-keeping requirements.
• Email correspondence: retained for up to three years.
• Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.
• Server logs: 30 days.

Age and minors

This site is intended for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have collected information from a minor, email us immediately and we will delete it.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify subscribers by email.
